Introduction to Excimer Composite Curing Machine
Excimer Laser Overview: The excimer laser process refers to a composite curing process in which excimer paint undergoes deep curing under an LED light source, surface curing under an excimer light source, and finally full curing under a UV mercury lamp. After composite curing, the paint produces a wrinkled cured layer (as shown in the diagram). Because the fine wrinkles are similar to the texture of skin, they provide a tactile feel, while the wrinkles also exhibit optical diffuse reflection, resulting in a matte visual effect.

Remark:
1. This product is for curing excimer composite coatings. It is only used to produce a matte, skin-friendly finish in conjunction with the coating reaction and must be used in conjunction with a UV curing machine.
2. Excimer lamp: Dual-band U- shaped lamp assembly, with specially made high-purity quartz tubes coated with low light decay coating;
Pre-curing: Adjustable LED flexible curing lamp, LED beads (Seoul), copper substrate, compressor water cooling circulation system;
Drive power supply: electronic power supply;
Lighting module: self-made, made of aluminum profile and stainless steel ;
Conveying method: Stainless steel mesh chain;
Cables and wires: National standard, high temperature resistant wire;
Electrical system: Low-voltage electrical appliances are from Schneider Electric, frequency converters are from Shihlin, and frequency conversion temperature control system is used;
