Remark:
1. This project is for the integrated production and experimental line of excimer composite curing coatings for three-dimensional irregular substrates. It is limited to producing a matte, skin-friendly effect in conjunction with the coating reaction and must be used in conjunction with a UV mercury lamp curing machine.
2. Technical parameters: Power: 12kw ; Dimensions: 4000*2000 (dimensions according to actual requirements); Speed: 2~6m/min (suggested value); Effective width: < 600mm ; Through height: 0~250mm ; Workbench height: 900 ± 20mm ; Exhaust duct diameter: 2 * φ125mm .
3. Main material configuration:
Excimer lamps: 6 sets of top lights with a total of 12 dual-band excimer lamps, 2 sets of side lights with a total of 8 dual-band excimer lamps, and 2 sets of bottom lights with a total of 8 dual-band excimer lamps. The tubes are made of high-purity quartz tubes with low light decay coating.
Pre-curing: 5 sets of LED flexible 3D curing lamps ; LED beads (Seoul), copper substrate, compressor water cooling circulation system;
Drive power supply: electronic power supply;
Lighting module: self-made, made of aluminum profile and stainless steel ;
Transportation method: Ground rail line;
Cables and wires: National standard, high temperature resistant wire;
Electrical system: Independent electrical cabinet with integrated control; low-voltage electrical appliances are from Schneider Electric; frequency converters are from Shihlin; frequency conversion temperature control system.
